Craig Dryhurst is a British-born hospitality executive and chef who, as of 2023, was appointed Food and Beverage Director at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Denver, overseeing EDGE Restaurant & Bar and broader food-and-beverage operations in Denver. He joined Four Seasons in 2002, working at Four Seasons Hotel Boston, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, the former Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver, Four Seasons Resort Maui, and later Four Seasons Hotel Denver as Executive Chef. He is leading with an innovative approach to classic dishes and a focus on locally sourced ingredients.
