Craig Harris

Craig Harris is Farm Manager and Viticulturist at Klein Constantia. He is responsible for farming the estate's 146 hectares on the eastern slopes of Constantiaberg, where elevation, decomposed granite soils, maritime weather, and biodiversity shape the vineyard program. Klein Constantia says Harris tends the land with a focus on terroir and ecological balance and works alongside winemaker Matthew Day to guide the historic estate, including the vineyards behind Vin de Constance and its cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc wines.
