Craig Harris

Craig Harris is the viticulturist and farm manager at Klein Constantia in Constantia, South Africa, where he helps guide the estate’s vineyards and farming philosophy alongside winemaker Matthew Day. Klein Constantia’s official site says Harris grew up around a working family farm, began developing an interest in wine in 2001, and previously worked in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley and Elgin for Bouchard Finlayson and Paul Cluver Wines. The estate also describes him as responsible for 146 hectares and notes his focus on biodiversity, terroir, and aromatic varieties and dessert wines.
