Cristie Norman has been lead sommelier at Delilah in Las Vegas since 2021. Before that post, she worked as a sommelier at Spago Beverly Hills, and her formal wine training runs through the Court of Master Sommeliers. Her own turning point is blunt: "I don't think I really fell in love with wine until I passed my Certified exam."
