James Grant

James Grant is Director of Beverage at Fairmont Royal York in Toronto, where he oversees the cocktail programme at Library Bar. The 2021 World Class Global Bartender of the Year and Canada's 100 Best Bartender of the Year 2022 began in corporate public relations, became a barback while living in London and later ran Edmonton speakeasy Little Hong Kong before moving to Toronto in January 2023 to refresh the hotel's bar programme.
