James Grant is the Director of Beverage at the Fairmont Royal York’s Library Bar in Toronto, where he has led the bar’s cocktail program and menu development. He is the Director of Beverage behind a new cocktail menu. Grant has also been profiled for his stewardship of the bar’s literary, story-driven cocktail approach and its signature Birdbath Martini.
