The venue’s official site identifies Library Bar’s Chef Brian Tang, and Fairmont Royal York’s LinkedIn post says his culinary journey began at Toronto’s Granite Club and included work in Chicago, Prague, London, and Dublin before he joined Fairmont Royal York. A LinkedIn profile for Brian Tang also lists him as Chef De Cuisine at Fairmont Royal York beginning in January 2023.
