i. Biography
Cyril Marès is the winemaker and director of Mas des Bressades in Manduel, in France’s Costières de Nîmes appellation. He studied agronomy and viticulture/oenology in Montpellier, worked vinifying in other countries before returning to the estate in 1996, and has led the domaine since then; sources also note he took over management of the neighboring Mas Carlot estate in 2018 and that the domaine converted to organic farming starting in 2017.
