Damien Grey is the chef-owner of Liath in Blackrock, County Dublin, where the restaurant has held two Michelin stars since 2022. Originally from Bowral, New South Wales, Australia, he came to Ireland in 1999 and previously co-owned and ran Heron & Grey in Blackrock before rebranding the restaurant as Liath in 2019. Official Liath materials identify him as the chef owner of the two-star restaurant and note that the site earned its first Michelin star in 2020 before its second in 2022.
