i. Biography
Dan Papa is the managing director and executive winemaker at Lange Estate Winery in Dundee, Oregon, where he appears alongside Jesse Lange in winery programming and tastings. He has been part of Lange’s winemaking team since 2004 and was promoted to co-winemaker in 2024 after serving as assistant winemaker for roughly ten years. He is also described in winery media as an assistant winemaker and as a key winemaker working with Jesse Lange on the estate’s Willamette Valley wines.
