Daniel Carnero is a Málaga-based chef and restaurateur associated with La Cosmopolita and Kaleja. Kaleja opened in December 2019 in Málaga’s old Jewish quarter and received its first Michelin star in 2022, while La Cosmopolita is described as his first restaurant and part of his Málaga portfolio. He is also identified in coverage as the owner of La Cosmopolita, Kaleja, and La Cosmo in Málaga.
