Daniel González Mora is the chef and co-owner of Sa Pedrera d’es Pujol in Sant Lluís, Menorca, a restaurant he and Nuria Pendás acquired in 2003 and have run since. He is also described as Asturian by origin, with family ties to Menorca, and as the person leading the kitchen at the restaurant.
