Daniel Smith

Daniel Smith is a Norfolk-born chef patron at The Ingham Swan in Ingham, Norfolk, where the restaurant describes him as the person helming the kitchen and identifies him as Chef Patron Daniel Smith. The Ingham Swan says he previously worked under Michel Roux Jr at Le Gavroche, then with Galton Blackiston at Morston Hall, where he earned his first Michelin star as head chef at age 23, before spending a decade at Wildebeest Arms and opening The Ingham Swan in April 2010. He is also identified in reporting on Kent as the chef-owner behind the Michelin-starred Fordwich Arms and The Bridge Arms, alongside Natasha Smith.
