Danielle Leavell

Danielle Leavell is the founder and master distiller of Astraea Spirits in Seattle, an American gin brand launched in 2019 that focuses on organic ingredients and Pacific Northwest botanicals. She is a Seattle-based distiller who developed Astraea after leaving a career in photography and later earned advanced distilling credentials in Scotland., she was inducted into the Gin Guild in London.
