i. Biography
David Bies is the chef and co-founder of Ticonderoga Club in Atlanta’s Krog Street Market. He was previously chef de cuisine for Linton Hopkins at Restaurant Eugene for four years, and later returned to Atlanta to open Ticonderoga Club with his partners. The restaurant’s menu has been described as internationally influenced and informed by his travels in Asia and time living in Central America.
