i. Biography
David Boyd-Armstrong is the Co-Founder, Director of Distilling & Blending, and Head Distiller at Rademon Estate Distillery in County Down, Northern Ireland, the home of Shortcross Gin and Shortcross Irish Whiskey. He co-founded Rademon Estate Distillery with Fiona Boyd-Armstrong in 2012 and was elected Chairperson of Drinks Ireland | Spirits in December 2023. He is also a Warden Rectifier in the Gin Guild and has been publicly described as previously Vice-Chair of the Drinks Ireland | Spirits council.
