i. Biography
David Huynh is a Toronto hospitality operator and co-owner of Civil Liberties and Civil Works, the latter a cocktail bar at Waterworks Food Hall. Civil Works opened in August 2024 on the mezzanine level of Waterworks Food Hall in Toronto’s King West neighbourhood.
