David O'Connor

David O’Connor was a San Francisco wine professional and Master Sommelier who died in 2016. The Court of Master Sommeliers, Americas states that he built a hospitality career spanning more than two decades directing the wine program at the Westin St. Francis Hotel on Union Square, and that he earned the Master Sommelier Diploma in 1985 as the fourth American to do so.
