David Piquet joined Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris in 2026 as Director of Sommellerie for Le Cinq, the three-Michelin-starred restaurant at the hotel. Four Seasons’ Le Cinq and hotel pages also describe him as the Director of Wine at Le Cinq and note that he is originally from Toulouse in southern France. The hotel says he came to the role after years in England and then continued his career in prestigious establishments in France, where he received several awards.
