David Vázquez is the chef and proprietor of Askua in Valencia, where he has led the restaurant’s current era since 2022 and later took ownership of the business. Askua is a long-running Valencian steak-and-product restaurant founded, with Vázquez continuing its emphasis on top-quality ingredients and wood-grilled meats.
