Davide Franco

Davide Franco is the Restaurant Director of Piazza Duomo in Alba, where he joined in January 2022 after returning to Italy in 2020 and working with the Enrico Bartolini group. Born in Puglia in 1986, he began his career in Trani and later worked in Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy and Europe including Villa Feltrinelli, Trussardi alla Scala, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Hélène Darroze at The Connaught Hotel, and Core by Clare Smyth. In 2025, his Michelin profile noted that he was moving on to become General Manager at Quince in San Francisco after nearly two decades in Michelin-starred hospitality.
