i. Biography
Jacopo Dosio is the Wine Director at Piazza Duomo in Alba, where he has managed the restaurant’s wine program since 2022, including purchasing, wine-list curation, and staff training. Born in Asti in 1995, he studied at the Barolo Hospitality Academy and earned his sommelier diploma at age nineteen before refining his skills at Waterside Inn in Bray, Marc Veyrat in Haute-Savoie, Villa Crespi on Lake Orta, and Vue du Monde in Melbourne.
