Delphine Gardère is the CEO and President-Director General of Société du Rhum Barbancourt, Haiti’s oldest rum company, and a fifth-generation member of the Gardère family to lead the business. She is described in multiple sources as the company’s current leader in Port-au-Prince and as the steward of Barbancourt’s international expansion, including control of the company and its branding strategy.
