Demitria Dana Paramita, also known as Demi, is the founder of Hats Bar in Jakarta, which opened in September 2024 and combines a gelato counter with a cocktail bar. She previously worked as a bartender at Anti:dote in Singapore from 2017 to 2019 and later at Skai Bar in Singapore before returning to Indonesia to launch Hats. She has been described in coverage as a former pastry chef turned bartender and as an mixologist.
