i. Biography
Didier Labbé is a French chef who built much of his career in Brazil, including a decade as chef executivo with the Grupo Troisgros before opening his own restaurant, Didier, in Rio de Janeiro in 2018. the Rio Show de Gastronomia awarded Didier the title of Best French Restaurant, and by 2026 he had been identified as moving on after the restaurant’s closure in Ipanema.
