Diego Macedo is a Peruvian bartender and mixologist based in Lima, best known as the founder and bar lead behind Sastrería Martínez, the Miraflores speakeasy at Av. Mariscal La Mar 1263. He is the creative force behind the bar’s cocktails, with more than 20 years of experience and a concept rooted in elegance, theatricality, and Peruvian ingredients.
