i. Biography
DJ Bilsky is the Winemaker at Sandhi Wines and Managing Winemaker, California at Provignage in Lompoc, California. After studying architectural studies, studio art, and environmental studies at Hobart College and working in wine retail, he moved to Santa Barbara County in 2018. Over five years, he progressed from harvest intern to Assistant Winemaker before taking the helm of winemaking operations for Sandhi's cool-climate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir programs.
