Sashi Moorman is a California winemaker and managing partner of Domaine de la Côte, Sandhi Wines, and Evening Land Vineyards, and CEO of the wine consultancy Provignage. He began his career at The Ojai Vineyard in 1996 as an apprentice to Adam Tolmach, then became winemaker at Stolpman Vineyards in 2001. He later co-founded Sandhi in 2011 and Domaine de la Côte in 2013, building a portfolio centered on Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
