Do-Hwan Eom is a South Korean bartender and hospitality entrepreneur who co-founded the speakeasy Le Chamber in Seoul. After launching his career at The Ritz-Carlton Seoul, he gained international recognition by winning the 2010 Diageo Reserve World Class Korea competition and placing as Global Runner-Up at the World Class Global Finals in Athens. Under his leadership, Le Chamber has earned repeated rankings on Asia's 50 Best Bars.
