Dulce Martínez is the chef and proprietor of El Molín de Mingo in Peruyes, Cangas de Onís, Asturias, where she leads a kitchen centered on traditional Asturian cooking and family recipes. She is the current owner. She took the reins more than 20 years ago, while later reporting highlights her recognition among the world’s young culinary talents in 2021.
