Dung "Junior" Vo

Dung “Junior” Vo is the executive chef and partner at Noko in East Nashville, where he leads the Asian-inspired, wood-fired restaurant and the adjacent 14-seat omakase bar Kase x Noko. He is a 2025 James Beard semi-finalist, and the James Beard Foundation profiles him as a chef/owner of Noko and Kase x Noko. A Tennesseean profile says he grew up in Nha Trang, Vietnam, and had extensive sushi-chef training before helping launch Noko in 2023.
