Eddy Münster is a Belgian chef and restaurant operator associated with Wine in the City in Jette, Brussels, a venue that evolved from a wine shop into a gastronomic restaurant. Multiple independent Eddy Münster is the owner/chef at Wine in the City, while Brussels media reported in September 2025 that the restaurant would close at the end of 2025 and that Münster and Isabelle Tillemans planned to relocate to Sancerre, France. He received a Michelin star for Wine in the City and that he was recognized as Meilleur Sommelier de Bruxelles and 2017, with a second-place Sommelier of the Year ranking.
