Eder Neto

Eder Neto is Head of Food and Drink at The Newman, the Fitzrovia boutique hotel in London, where he oversees the hotel’s food, beverage, and bar program. He has more than 20 years of hospitality experience and, before The Newman, worked in beverage leadership roles including food and beverage management at Yauatcha, beverage operations for Hakkasan Group across the UK and Europe, beverage director at The Standard London, and group beverage director at Nammos Group.
