Edgar Gonzalez Ramirez makes mezcal and aguardiente de caña under the Dakabend label at Mezcal Tosba in San Cristóbal Lachirioag, Oaxaca, Mexico. The work sits inside the local economy as much as the distillery, bringing jobs back to the community through the same project.
Today
