Edoardo Tizzanini is one of the finalists of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition 2024/2025.
The Path
Edoardo Tizzanini began his career as an intern at Four Seasons Hotel Florence, then continued there as a member of the kitchen team at Four Seasons Hotel Florence before moving on to become a chef at Four Seasons Hotel Milan. In 2017, he joined Da Vittorio in Brusaporto as a chef, rose to sous chef at Da Vittorio in Brusaporto in 2025, and since 2025 has served as Executive Chef of DaV by Da Vittorio Louis Vuitton.
