Eduardo Hernáiz

Eduardo Hernáiz is one of the brothers behind Viñedos Hermanos Hernáiz/Finca La Emperatriz in Baños de Rioja, in Rioja Alta, where he has led the project since the family acquired the estate in 1996 and took control in 2000. He has led production of wines that have been consistently highly rated, including seven consecutive years above 90 Parker points. The project centers on Finca La Emperatriz, a historic Rioja estate and Viñedo Singular with a strong focus on plot-specific viticulture and regenerative/organic practices.
