i. Biography
Elissa Abou Tasse is a Lebanese chef and creator/executive chef of Kanz by Beit el Baraka in Beirut, where she focuses on reviving and elevating traditional Lebanese recipes while supporting women in rural areas. She won the Acqua Panna Award for Connection in Gastronomy in the Africa and Middle East region for her dish Adam's Garden, which was also recognized in S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy coverage.
