i. Biography
Emilia Montz is a German chef who worked at Troyka in Erkelenz while studying nutritional sciences at the University of Bonn, and she later moved to LA VIE by thomas bühner in Düsseldorf. She won the 2024 regional preliminary round of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Award for Central Europe with her signature dish “Russian Ballet,” which qualified her for the world final in Milan.
