Emilio’s signature dishes include Moscato d'Asti 'Camp Bianc' 2022, Dolcetto d'Alba 'Amaranto' 2021, and Barbera d'Asti 2021. Read together, they show how the range is carried across three different registers: the lift of Moscato d'Asti 'Camp Bianc' 2022, the firmer outline of Dolcetto d'Alba 'Amaranto' 2021, and the more grounded presence of Barbera d'Asti 2021.
