Eric de Saint-Victor

Éric de Saint-Victor is the owner and winemaker of Château de Pibarnon in Bandol, where he has been in charge of the domaine since 2000. He joined his parents after studies in biological sciences, completed apprenticeships and stages in Bordeaux, and trained at Château Cheval Blanc before returning to Pibarnon in 1989 to learn winemaking from his father. The estate is widely associated with his work on Bandol reds and rosés, with press profiles noting his role in refining the expression of the wines from the limestone terroirs of La Cadière-d’Azur.
