Éric Forest

Éric Forest is a winemaker in Vergisson, in Burgundy’s Mâconnais, where he leads Domaine Éric Forest and produces Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, and Mâcon-Vergisson wines. He comes from an eight-generation family winegrowing line, took over the family holdings in 1999, and established his own domaine in 2000. He is trained early by Jean-Marie Guffens and a producer focused on terroir expression, manual harvesting, and gravity bottling.
