Eyvind Hellstrøm

Eyvind Hellstrøm is a Norwegian chef, cookbook author, and television presenter from Moss, Norway. He served as head chef and co-owner of Bagatelle in Oslo for 27 years, helping make it Norway’s first restaurant to receive two Michelin stars, and later became known nationally through the TV program Hellstrøm rydder opp. He has also been a frequent Bocuse d’Or judge and mentor, and has been recognized for his influence on Norwegian gastronomy.
