Fabian Günzel is the chef and owner of aend in Vienna’s 6th district (Mollardgasse 76, 1060 Wien). He opened aend in March 2018 after prior senior kitchen roles in Vienna, and the restaurant received a Michelin star in its first year. He is described in recent coverage as working with a product-focused, precise style that combines French technique with a modern interpretation, and he was named Koch des Jahres 2026 in Austria.
