Fabien Ferré is the chef of La Table du Castellet at Hôtel & Spa du Castellet in Le Castellet, Provence, where he leads the gastronomic restaurant that earned three Michelin stars in 2024. He worked for ten years alongside Christophe Bacquié before taking over the kitchen and was described by Gault&Millau as the chef driving La Table du Castellet’s cuisine with delicacy and precision.
