Fabio Pineda was appointed executive chef at Rosewood Baha Mar in Nassau, The Bahamas, in April 2024, where he oversees all five dining outlets on property, including Café Boulud The Bahamas, Costa, Manor Bar, Tingum on the Sand, and The Library. Rosewood said he brought more than 25 years of global culinary experience across the U.S., Dubai, Oman, Bangkok, and Shanghai, and that he graduated with a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson & Wales University in Florida.
