Fabiola Padilla

Fabiola Padilla is a Mexican mixologist and the founder of Bekeb in San Miguel de Allende. A former bartender at Enrique Olvera's Cosme in New York, she opened Bekeb in 2019 and built its programme around Mexican agave spirits, fruits, plants, flowers, roots, fermentation and ancestral distillation. The bar relocated inside the Live Aqua hotel in 2025 and ranked No. 24 in North America's 50 Best Bars in 2026.
