Fabrice Bertemès

Fabrice Bertemès is a French Champagne producer based in Trépail in the Montagne de Reims, where his family estate has been operating for four generations. He has headed the estate since 1990 and produces estate-grown Champagne from vineyards in Trépail, with plantings dominated by Chardonnay and a smaller amount of Pinot Noir. The house emphasizes traditional methods, low intervention, and blocking malolactic fermentation as part of its winemaking signature.
