Fayçal Bettioui

Fayçal Bettioui is the executive chef and restaurateur behind Table 3 in Casablanca, which opened in June 2024 in his childhood neighborhood and focuses on Moroccan ingredients interpreted through French technique and Japanese restraint. He trained at New York’s Per Se before building a decade-long career in the United States and Germany, including work at Zur Krone, before returning to Morocco to launch Table 3.
