Felix Groß is the chef de cuisine at Ernele, the shop-and-restaurant inside the Romantik Hotel Das Schiff in Hittisau, Vorarlberg, where he leads a menu centered on regional Bregenzerwald producers and ingredients sourced largely from within about 100 km. He is the host at Ernele, and Michelin notes that his cooking is built around sustainability, seasonality, and the immediate surroundings.
