Early in their career, Flavio worked as consultant and producer. Today, Flavio is founder of Corte Allodola (since 2000) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Corte Allodola S.r.l.
The Work Today
Since 2000, the founder role has remained active. As CEO, he makes wines by selecting the most characteristic grapes from the best Venetian territory, coordinating growers in owned and rented vineyards, and producing, aging, and bottling under close cellar control. The specialty is Soave and other Venetian wines.
