Florian Stolte is a German chef at Hotel Traube Tonbach in Baiersbronn, where he has led the Köhlerstube and later the restaurant 1789. He was born in Heidelberg in 1984, completed his culinary training at Traube Tonbach, and returned after working in Austria, Portugal, and Switzerland before becoming Küchenchef in 2012. The Traube Tonbach’s official materials also state that he now oversees the restaurant 1789 and the restaurant Schatzhauser.
