i. Biography
Florian Wörgötter is the chef at Restaurant Wörgötter in Ligist, where he represents the third generation of the family running the business and is leading the kitchen at both the Wirtshaus and Fine Dining concepts. He returned to the family operation in Ligist in 2021 and, together with Julia Mausser, now runs the establishment; the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star.
